  We stayed only one night. Check-in was 3pm, room for 3 women, we got there at 3:15pm and were told our room was not ready, we waited for 30 minutes and no one helped with our luggage. We get to our room and it was a handicapped room, which meant there was no counter space for toiletries. The hotel was close to LAX, yet far enough away we heard no air traffic. Room was clean and beds comfortable.

  Negative: personnel at the breakfast buffet had us pluck out unused chairs from occupied tables by ourselves so we can seat our group of five as most tables accomodate two. ...

  Negative: Personnel at the breakfast buffet had us pluck out unused chairs from occupied tables by ourselves so we can seat our group of five as most tables accomodate two. Didn't have much enthusiasm for service. Not a big deal for me. Positive: Everything else, rooms are very clean, beds very comfy. Parking is free, area seems safe. Close to LAX. Not bad at all.

  I had a terrible experience upon my arrival to LA at the Four Points Sheraton LAX. We ended up going to this hotel and it was AMAZING. Front desk staff was very helpful and accomodating. The breakfast was GREAT. The room was VERY clean. The neighborhood is great for all travelers. We felt very safe!!!! It cost a little bit more to live here, but it is WELL worth it!!!!!

  This property was perfect for what we needed, large room, convenient bathroom with mini fridge, quiet, close to market, freeway and late night restaurant. great price and responsive friendly staff.

  I really enjoyed my 4 night stay here. The room was large, clean, and well laid out. I had big desk with reclining chair and high speed internet. The bed was very comfortable, had 6 pillows, and high quality sheets. Bathroom setup was cool with toilet/tub separate from sink and dressing area. The room also had min-fridge, bar, and patio overlooking courtyard. Nice lobby, pool, and hot tub too. Staff helpful and 5 minutes from airport.
