  This hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. The guest staying in the next room was a chain smoker and was smoking in their room. The smoke seeped through the door cracks between their room and ours. We called the front desk and reported the smoke; no one ever came. 2 hours later - smoke still filling our room. Walked to the front desk and demanded a new room or action on the smoker. No rooms were available. Had to deal with smoke in our room all night long. Horrible service!

  Since our Little League team had to book a large block of rooms, I called the hotel directly. X went out of her way to make sure all of the team families could stay together booking the rooms in just a short amount of time. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the grounds and pool spotless. The buffet breakfast had everything anyone could want and was delicious. Best of all was the hotel staff. Every staff member was helpful, friendly, and professional. We will definatley stay at this hotel again.

  The hotel was very clean and the staff was super. our room's air conditioner was very noisy. we asked for another room but were told there were none available. ...

  The hotel was VERY clean and the staff was super. Our room's air conditioner was VERY noisy. We asked for another room but were told there were none available. Then the clerk gave us the room next door. That air conditioner was not a lot better. Sleeping was difficult, to say the least. We've stayed here before and this was the first problem we've had.

  I reserved my room on line & received exactly what i requested. every staff member was exceptionally courteous and eager to please. the beds are awesome!
