  We had not stayed at the Courtyard Cupertino before, and we will not stay there again. The hotel is right next to the freeway. When we checked in I asked for a room away from the roadway. The desk clerk assured me that's what we were getting.. When we got to the room it was indeed right next to the freeway. I didn't complain because we were only there for one night.
  
  We had noise all night long, both from the freeway and from loud (partying) guests in the hallway. We didn't sleep well at all.
  
  In the future we will stay at the Courtyard at the San Jose Airport. We've stayed there before and it is in a much quieter location.
