  We read the other reviews and found them to be very helpful. This hotel was our vacation ?base camp?. We were interested in seeing Orange County without spending a fortune on the hotel. In addition, we needed a place that could accommodate 2 adults and 3 teenagers comfortably. We found that the suite fit the bill perfectly. The staff was very helpful with an early check in, extra towels for the room, dining tips and directions.

  We stayed for 5 days after leaving a higher rated hotel for lots more $$. this hotel was clean, bend-over-backward friendly, and very comfortable.

  I thought it would be a decent hotel, but i was wrong. as we walked into the lobby, the smell of mildew/mold was strong. the carpet in the hall ...

  I thought it would be a decent hotel, but i was wrong. As we walked into the lobby, the smell of mildew/mold was strong. The carpet in the hall smelled bad also. The OLD and faded sofabed was very unconfortable. Had backpain the following morning. They only had an old, thin, ripped blanket for sofa bed. Asked for sheets and pillows and a blanket, they only brought us 1 sheet, 1 pillow and a very old, old blanket. Would NOT EVER stay in this hotel again.

  Room layout was very nice, recently remodeled. Bed was very comfortable with nice sheets (not the usual stiff overwashed you find in hotels). We have a small child, and the room was very clean and safe for her to explore. I only gave a 4 because for the price, breakfast should be included.

  Very clean room with extremely comfortable bed. The bed had a cotton duvet cover instead of one of those horrific poly bed spreads. All the regular stuff; coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, bar fridge, were there. I received an off season rate of $*, which was amazing for a room that nice and clean.
