  I reserved our room for 2 nights online and called the motel and told them we would be there in about 1/2 hour; it was 1 am and I was unable to book online for that night. I paid at the desk for the first night and we went to the room. The second night went OK; the third night they had changed our key card; locking us out of our room. When I went to the desk and explained the billing they re-programmed our keycard, On entering our room, they had taken our fridge and removed our food and left it on the counter. When we went to check out the next day it took 2 1/2 hours for the manager to understand that I had paid for 3 nights; 2 through travelocity and 1 in person. Our room was terrible, we had to flush the toilet using a ziptie that was attached to the flush mechanism. The smoke alarm was removed from the ceiling. I reserved this room because we had a dog; in the lobby was a sign that said no pets and they tried to charge us more for our dog. I never saw the sign the first night because I was at the night window. The heater/air conditioner had the front off of it and barely worked.

  We booked this hotel because it has a hot tub. When we got there to check in the office was dark and locked, no sign nothing. We called the Days Inn customer service number and all they did was call the hotel and tell us they weren't answering the phone, which we had already done. They said they couldn't do anything for us, when I asked for a supervisor I was told there was not one avalible that I should ""call travel website."" an hour and 15 minutes later someone shows up. He tells us that the person who was working had a family emergency and had called him 2 hours earlier that he had to leave. He then informed us that he only makes $25 or $35 when people book through travel website. He then informs us the inspector was there that day and closed the pool and hot tub and it would be closed for at least another day. When we got to our room it was 90 degrees. Good thing it was cool outside and we opened the windows. There was no refridgerator in the room and no microwave as advertised, no clock radio, and there was no coffee pot in the coffee maker. the only internet availible is wireless which is not what they list. The mattress was terrible. like laying on a hollow box springs, There was no hair dryer as listed either. I will never stay in another Days Inn if I can help it. and Will tell people to run from this place. and run fast.

  The room was comfortable and the bed was nice. No frills here just the basics. The gf didn't like the fact that they did not have a blow dryer in the room but no biggy. No coffee maker either. However, we were just there to sleep & take a shower. They were doing some construction or just had some noisey guests in the morning jumping around on the floor above but overall a decent stay. I would stay there again.

  I stayed 3 miserable days while looking for a place to live in san francisco. this hotel is not one i would recommend. oh, and there's a strip club ...

  I stayed 3 miserable days while looking for a place to live in San Francisco. This hotel is not one I would recommend. Oh, and there's a strip club across the street, great neighborhood! The unit I stayed in had the following problems: 1. No hot water one day 2. Hot and cold hooked up backwards in the shower 3. No refrigerator in kitchenette 4. No microwave in kitchenette 5. Radiator heat would not turn off, had to run the wall AC unit most of the time to compensate. 6. Wall unit AC was mounted in the ceiling and controlled by a barely functional wall thermostat, meaning it effectively had no settings other than on and off. This resulted in me getting up many times during the night to turn it off / back on / back off / etc as the temperature fluctuated. 7. Wall unit AC was incredibly loud. 8. No screen door on balcony so could not keep this open at night. Furthermore, the staff could not provide us with a crib so there was no way to keep our infant away from the stove in the kitchenette other than to have him sleep between us.

  It seems the motel is undergoing remodeing. as i can see the work. my stay was nice.the room was like brand new as they changed carpet, bedding , bathtub bath ...

  it seems the motel is undergoing remodeing. as i can see the work. my stay was nice.the room was like brand new as they changed carpet, bedding , bathtub bath room furnishings
  when we called the fort desk for extra pillows some body bought to the room.breakfat was o.k.
