  Our rooms had a funny smell. The next morning, the toilet flooded in both our rooms and our luggage got wet! Obviously it had happened before. We were all standing in the parking lot--with an infant--at 8:30 in the morning and no one would help us! I called afterwards to complain and they wouldn't call me back! No refund, no apology, no service.

  This hotel had great reviews, that is why we stayed here. we checked in very late (11pm) and were very tired. the room appeared basic at first but ...

  This hotel had great reviews, that is why we stayed here. We checked in very late (11pm) and were very tired. The room appeared basic at first but as we settled in we noticed how unclean the room was. The carpet has questionable stains on it so I kept my shoes on. The sheets on the bed were NOT changed and smelled of sweat and one bed had chocolate in it. Very unclean. I would never stay here again.

  The stay was ok for the price, but the desk staff needs some personality. the carpets were dirty, sheets were clean, but found some hair on the sheets. no mention ...

  The stay was ok for the price, but the desk staff needs some personality. The carpets were dirty, sheets were clean, but found some hair on the sheets. No mention of the hot tub. The sink's handle was not attached. The shower drain was slow. The fridge had no control knobs. Found someone's nail care tools in the drawer. The staff while watering the landscape splashed water over the hood of my car. We stayed here before and it was usually pretty good. The new staff or owners have let this place run down. The local shops were wonderful. Top Dog cafe has good coffee for the morning wake up rush. We have used many of the surrounding inns, i.e. econo lodge, breakers, travel lodge, achor inn, I think next trip i'll try something new.

  Couldn't check in till after 3:00pm...so we had to carry our luggage around with us all afternoon... stayed a total of four days but we were not ...

  Couldn't check in till after 3:00pm...So we had to carry our luggage around with us all afternoon... Stayed a total of four days but we were not given an option of a room with fridge or microwave... The managment not very friendly... Constuction going on in the facility but we were given no prior notice. No pool on site but we noticed hot tub facilities ...there were no mention of these when we reveiwed this hotel and when we checked in there were no ammenities listed...I guess the hot tub was for vip guests only... I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends that will be traveling to the Morro Bay area...
