  Great staff, very polite. Perfect location if your going to the Fair or the beach. Enclosed spa and heated pool(my 8 and 9 yr old's loved it). Free Continental breakfast would have made it 5 stars.

  Room was nice (Garden View balcony)large enough, but a bit of a ""musty""smell. Customer service was fine. Called to check if I needed anything and how was the room within 15 minutes of check in. The restaurant was fine and the service was timely. I am a solo traveler and I felt safe and secure.

  Spent 3 days at this dump on work-vacation. I booked it because of Sheraton's name on it, what a FRAUD! There is no way it?s even a 3star hotel, it's 1 tiny star if that! Floors are filthy, carpets are sticky, toilets are tiny, service HORRIBLE! Fitness equipment is so old, it looks like Goodwill re-donated it to them because it didn't meet Goodwill's lowest quality standards! I told all this to their manager, he didn't even do anything about it. This is the worst hotel I stayed in the last ten years!!
