    EXCELLENT LOCATION. if your planing to visit universal studios hollywood I highly recommend this hotel. the only problem I don't think you should be charge for internet service, the next time l will bring my own ice chest the in room beverge service can add up . the sat/sun brunch was the worth the price. will stay next time.

    We checked in early at 1pm instead of 3pm...very cool after a 3hr flight to get there. Front desk guy...wish I remembered his name....was very nice and helpful. The hotel concierge was awesome as well. We were in and out alot going to Universal Studios and Citiwalk and always came "home" to a happy, welcoming face. Loved it! Will be back for sure.

    Stayed over a weekend for Universal Studios, Hollywood, etc. The Good: This place is all about location: It's a short walk to Universal and short drive to Hollywood, downtown, etc Most of staff was polite and very eager to take care of you promptly, especially when trying to make up for something screwed up. Room clean, beds fine.. Could use a new TV, though. Good in-room coffee. Mini-bar wasn't outrageously priced (relative to other mini-bar prices I've seen) Plenty of toiletries, towels. Good fitness room. Bad The a/c in our room didn't cool or circulate fresh air well. The elevators were frustratingly slow. Appetizers we ordered iin the lounge were missing ingredients or were cold. One of the ice machines on our floor didn't work. One of the phones in our room didn't work The valet forgot to get my car and then lied about my key remote not working (it worked fine). It cost $5 to use the internet in the busines center and print boarding passes. On the way out there was a sign that said you could do it for free at the concierge desk. Why on the way out?. I have to caveat this by saying that some things we didn't mention or bring up because we never got around to it (we didn't really spend much time in the room). Everything we did mention was fixed immediately. I particularly praise our server in the lounge and the manager who resolved my valet issue. I would stay here again if I was going to Universal Studios because of the location, location, location and the staff's eagerness to get things resolved.

    The location was great and the hotel was very nice and clean. I booked my trip through online travel website and didn't have any issues when I got to the hotel, they found my itinerary right away. The hotel staff was very courteous and polite and were willing to help. And the hotel food was excellent, I went to eat in the restaurant and also ordered room service once, the portions were HUGE! One of the major complaints I had was the price of parking, it was very high! I thought after paying so much for a hotel room, they would include free parking or at least discounted parking! But that wasn't the case, so my friends who came to see me couldn't park for free unless they went to eat at the restaurant or got a drink at the bar, then their parking could be validated for up to 3 hours. The second complaint was internet access, I would think a top quality hotel would also include free internet access for guests who stay there. But I guess since they get a lot of business travelers who stay there, they might as well make money off them. I was able to access wireless internet for $9.95/24 hour period. It wasn't too bad I guess, but at the same time I was surprised it wasn't included with the hotel room. So basically, there were no free perks: no free parking or free internet access. But they offered excellent service all around, so I can't complaint much about this hotel. I loved my room (12th floor) with a great view and my room was cleaned everyday. I would go out in the morning and by the time I got back, my room was cleaned. Very great staff!

    We found this hotel to be very clean, accommodating and convenient. It made our family reunioin very convenient with the walking-distance proximity of Universal Studios, as well as the promenade of restaurants that are just outside the Univ.Stu. Park itself.
