  We held our event in this hotel. very bad feedback from guests with regards to the service received during the reception. it took a while too for them to fix ...

  We held our event in this hotel. Very bad feedback from guests with regards to the service received during the reception. It took a while too for them to fix their over billing on our deposit, around three months before we heard from them. We filed a complaint and never got a response. Looks like Management does not care on the kind of service that they provide. Will discourage friends from using this hotel for their social events.
