  Bed missing sheet, floors dirty, tile in bathroom dirty, interior design very dated, walls thin, upper floor and hallways very loud with noise.

  Hotel is dated and has very thin walls. I was on the second floor and could hear everything going on in the room above including walking back and forth, things rolling, dropping etc. I was woken up several times from people walking in the hallway and the people from the room above. My room had two queen beds. Half the sheets were missing from one of the beds. Stains on the floor and bathroom grout kind of gross. The parking lot and layout of the buildings is confusing. The hotel has no obvious sign that has visibility to First street. I'm disappointed in the reviews left on this site. I would have never chosen this hotel had I known what I was going to get. I was not impressed

  Very nice accomodations - friendly staff, nice rooms, good restaurant - very convenient to airport but without the airport noise - highly recommended.

  when checked in were put into the new wing of the hotel. No deadbolt on the door, bathroom toilet did not flush, and shower would not turn off. Advised the front desk and they said sorry for your issues, please come again !!

  This was an amazing stay, the room was perfect. It was clean, and cozy. No better value for your buck if you're are going to stay in San Jose. The only thing that could be improved is the "lightning fast" internet but it was adequate for surfing the web and checking e-mail. Overall I would stay there again, as well as recommend it to others. I have stayed in 5 star hotels as well as dingy little dives. This was on par with some of the nicer places. The staff there was also great, very professional.
