  Everything was great. i always have trouble paying for parking at the hotel i just spent $* to spend the night. $* why????

  EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. I ALWAYS HAVE TROUBLE PAYING FOR PARKING AT THE HOTEL I JUST SPENT $* TO SPEND THE NIGHT. $* WHY????

  This hotel is very nice. i only have one complaint about our stay. my fiance and i were in our room just talking at 7:30-8:00 a.m. ...

  This hotel is very nice. I only have one complaint about our stay. My fiance and i were in our room just talking at 7:30-8:00 a.m. when we heard a knock at the door. It was the hotel manager telling us that there was a disturbance call and we were too loud. We were talking in our regular voices! The walls must be paper thin! The manager then came back about 5mins.later saying it was still kind of loud, he must have been in the hall listening to us or something. I suggest if you have kids or just have a loud speaking voice,this hotel is not for you.

• Excellent California Experience

  I love this hotel. My sister and I head out to California from Connecticut at least once a year to shop, surf and enjoy the Californian life. We stay at this hotel everytime because it is so great. The hotel is large and luxurious. Even when you walk into the lobby its a very beautiful hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are pretty, luxurious and the beds are very comfortable. I have never had a problem with my stay there. The location is very close to the airport you can actually get a shuttle to the hotel, however if you aren't local then RENT A CAR! you can't really get anywhere without a car. Once you have a car it's very easy to get to Laguna, Newport beaches etc and the amazing shopping centers located nearby. I wouldn't recommend eating at the hotel as it is very over priced but take a left out of the hotel and head up the street to a little plaza with a supermarket and the corner bakery ( we don't have them on the east coast but it's a cute place with really great breakfast and lunch options and a friendly atmosphere) for somewhere close and then we would eat at the outdoor malls they have everything from food court style places to fancy restaurants. The location is great it's a short drive to Anaheim home of Disney and also Medieval times which was a great fun experience. There is a ton to do in the area so head to the hotel lobby and grab all the information brochures so you can plan what you want to do. Awesome vacations and breaks and i would highly recommend this hyatt. I will be heading back there in May!

  The staff is on a 5-star level. the hotel is very clean and smell nice!..it's a short trip from san diego...the perfect lovers getaway. food outstanding.
