  Literally the hotel is in the ghetto right on the freeway. At night time one would not feel safe walking around in its vicinity. Whenever me or my friends would try to ask the front desk any information about transportation or sightseeing they didnt know. The hotel room was definitly not a suite either, it was a room with two beds and a little foyer with two armchairs, this doesnt qualify for a suite!!! There was cobwebs and dirt left in corners, the "jacuzzi" bathtub had dark brown jets...ewwww!!! The television was mostly in foreign languages except for a few channels. Oh and another thing, when we first arrived exhausted from our flight the front desk charged us $25 dollars extra for having an "extra" person, which we had booked a hotel for three people why did we get charged extra???? However because Los Angeles is such a huge overwhelming city we did not rent a car so we walked and used public transportation everywhere. So when we went back to the hotel at night we slept deeply due to our exhaustion. There was one nice thing about an employee, when we went down for the meager breakfast he gave us a full quart of orange juice. I am giving any other prospective clients a fair warning before they wish to stay here, and that is that the hotel is far from any other place of interest at least an hour by taxi two hours by bus.

  THE HOTEL WAS DIGUSTING IT SAID IT HAD A FAMILY SUITE THERE WAS NOTHING SWEET ABOUT THIS HOTEL. THE TOILET DID NOT WORK,THEY PAINTED OVER THE DRESSERS AND IT WAS ALL OVER THE WALLS. IT WAS DUSTY AND MUSTY. IT SMELT LIKE BODY ODOR IN THE ELEVATOR. ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE NEEDS TO CHECK THE HOTELS OUT BEFORE THEY PUT THEM ON THE INTERNET .IT HAD MOLD IN THE BATHROOM. ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE CHARGED ME FOR ONE NIGHT AND I DIDN'T EVEN STAY THERE I WOULD NOT ALLOW MY KIDS TO EVEN SIT ON THE BED. AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN THE ROOM WE LOOKED AROUND AND SAID NO WAY WE WILL NOT STAY HERE. I CALLED ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE AND LET THEM KNOW HOW DISAPPOINTED I WAS WITH THE HOTEL THEY SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT REFUND ALL OF THE MONEY THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME FOR ONE NIGHT. I WILL NEVER USE ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE AGAIN.

  There were no activites, only 1 working vending machine, we booked a family suite for 5 and never recieved extra blankets or pillows (had to go buy them), had to ...

  There were no activites, only 1 working vending machine, we booked a family suite for 5 and never recieved extra blankets or pillows (had to go buy them), had to have key card reprogrammed everyday, there was a median in the road so if you came from one direction you had to go past and turn around so you could get into the parking lot, the sidewalk outside the parking lot was dirty (broken bottles and trash), little ants were in the room and the contentntal breakfast was poor (a few muffins and croissants with no butter or jelly) Elevator shuddered. No laundry service. If you have a chance to spend a little more do so. It will be worth it.

  Mini' frig was not cold. Two employees came up and insisted that it was cold. Request for a room change was denied. Room had 2 tv's without remote controls, asked for them, was only given one, which did not work at all (with batteries). Couch was terribly stained. Wooden furniture had writings etched in, had been painted over. Mirror and windows also had writings scratched in them. Bed spreads had burn holes (non-smoking room). Some of the 'clean' towels were not clean. Front desk would not transfer any calls to our room unless caller knew the room number - not by name.
