  Visited recently to look at the University of Washington for a Grad School, and we were pleasantly surprised by the University District and more specifically the University Inn. It's about 3 miles from downtown, but their complimentary shuttle services will take you right to the Needle. Each morning the Continental Breakfast filled our bellies and if you aren't too busy exploring the city you might be able to catch the complimentary snack they put out in the afternoon. Friendly and helpful staff as well.

  had a great time at this hotel. Staff was very helpful as we returned from a cruise and got off the ship before 10 am. We went directly to the hotel knowing that are room was not ready. The staff locked our luggage up and gave us a few ideas and told us to return in a couple of hours and our room would be ready. breakfast was great and the afternoon snack was also very nice. We also enjoyed the shuttle service taking us downtown and also to the space needle. we would recommend this hotel.

  University Inn was a pleasant oasis in a very busy city. Parking was easy and secure. The front desk was very helpful including packing up a breakfast to go, and finding contacts in Mount Ranier National Park. The room was clean and comfortable.

  After reading other reviews that were good. We were very happy with facilities and especially the rooms for the price. We have a 9year old and a 6 months old and they were happy campers. If you are visiting and would like a olyimpic sized swim pool go pay a few hundred more a day. They have an outstanding Continental Breakfast. We didn't use allot of the other facilities since we were so busy seeing Seattle.I highly recommend!

  After reading other reviews that were good. We were very happy with facilities and especially the rooms for the price. We have a 9year old and a 6 months old and they were happy campers.
