  Have stayed here many times. You are right on the beach and just a few steps from the pier and shops. Rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. All ocen view and peir view rooms have their own balconies and if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floors, you can actually sleep with the sliding door open and listen to the ocean. The breakfast is not bad as it has a little something for everyone. Any time we have ever had a special request, the hotel has been quite accomidating. *Make sure to visit Splah Cafe right off the pier for their clam chowder. Right down the road in Oceano is Old Juans. Good mexican food and drinks.

  My experience at Sandcastle Inn in Pismo beach during my 2 night stay was relaxing and comfortable. The front desk clerks were helpful and the room I stayed in was clean, updated and had a nice mountain /ocean view. They had a nice continental breakfast with yogurt, cereals, waffles, fruit , drinks.hard boiled eggs.
  I would recommend this Inn.
