  Hotel is old and needs renovation, air conditioning does not work, not enough towels or hangers, you have to climb a short flight of stairs to use elevator not easy when you have luggage and nobody from the staff offers to help, staff is not friendly or helpful, room rates are a total rip off this is no 3 star hotel, it's a 1-2 star motel at best. When we complained about the air not working it took us two days of our vacation arguing with management to move us into a new room. The hotel has a policy that if you are not happy with your accommodations a partial night stay is refunded and this is posted in the rooms, not true they wouldnt give me a partial refund and I couldnt move to another hotel because customer sevice atthe online travel agency was just as bad they did nothing to compensate for the miserable accommodations as far as I am concerned the online travel agency is just as much to blame and I will never use them again once they have their money they dont care about the customer.

  We all enjoyed it. Hotel must have gotten updated since the last reviews because we thought it was very nice. Newer zink, bathroom and furniture. Bedding is awesome - no old bedspreads! Just clean linen top and bottom. Awesome breakfast with eggs, bacon, danish, juice, coffee etc. Plus they have 24 hour coffee/juice and cookies. Walking distance to the city and good internet and parking. Who can ask for more for just $69.00 a night.

  The air conditioning in this facility is very poor. First they put us in room that had no air and was the size of small condo, nice but you couldn't see the TV, next room was so small you had no room to move arond. Very bizarre room situtations. Whole facility leaves alot to be desired. It's old and needs upgrades, especially the elevator!
