  I took my girlfriend here for her birthday. I got a room in the executive tower and i was not that great for the price. It is a old building and it has that feel the room was clean but it had a wird smell. Could have been better.

  This hotel was one of the worst that I've ever stayed in. The young girl at the front desk was quite rude to us when we checked in. We only requested a room in the new wing because we had heard that the old wing was uncomfortable. She sharply replied in the negative and promptly moved on to the next guest. I understand being busy, but this was quite ridiculous. We would have forgiven her rudeness if it wasnt for to sorry condition of the room. I understand that this hotel is considered historic. I can say with certainty that they were not mistaken, because the condition of the room reflected it. The room was quite dingy, we found a hair on the toilet seat and the TV was very old. I would only recommed this hotel to those that don't mind rude service and bad rooms.

  My daughter?s wedding & reception was on your property on the 4th of July. First ? I should say thank you to you and your staff! The entire banquet crew was SO nice and accommodating before, during & after the wedding. I had SO MUCH FUN that night! That in itself speaks volumes for YOU! Can you imagine ? the mother of the bride having FUN????!!!! I was prepared to run around like a crazy woman, but everything was in order and running like a machine, so I was able to ?cut loose? and enjoy the fruits of our labors! Valerie and crew were great right through Saturday afternoon when I was gathering up cake and remnants. OH ? and the FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!!!! Please give my compliments to the chef and kitchen staff! I KNOW how difficult it is to get that many plates served up ? usually they are cold or over cooked, etc. But EVERYONE raved over the food! I had the halibut & my husband had the filet and both were PERFECT!!! I also feel like we really pulled off a coo with the salad. It just was one more small detail that really added to the ?wow? factor. I would be remiss if I didn?t include the front desk staff. This was a holiday weekend and the front desk was busy. The girls were quick, courteous, and accommodating to family and friends checking in and the following day checking out. Some of our wedding party didn?t their identification or a credit card and I observed the staff handling it a different way to keep things moving along and running smooth?with a smile! Thank you for making our special day into a dream come true. Mother of the Bride

  We stayed two nights in the "tower" of this Inn and had a very positive experience. The room was clean and fresh, and very roomy. It was quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable. The front desk reps were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip North.

  We stayed two nights in the "tower" of this Inn and had a very positive experience. The room was clean and fresh, and very roomy. It was quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable. The front desk reps were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip North.
