  Stayed here with our family for one night. Staff were great and the hotel is lovely. Phone didn't work in our room and the drain in the bath tub was slow to drain. Told the staff and they took care of it. Great fitness room. Two drawbacks to this hotel...location-there is nothing within walking distance that a tourist would want to see (however, it's a short drive to the city and easy to get to); parking is $16 a day...when you get there you realize that there really is no reason to charge for parking because there's no major tourist attractions around the hotel that would cause the parking to be used by anyone other than a guest. They really should rethink the parking fee.

  WE HAVE BEEN TO SF FOR 9 VACATIONS. WE HAVE STAYED FROM UNION SQUARE TO THE WHARF. SOME VERY PRESTIGIOUS HOTELS. THIS HAS BEEN MY FAVORITE BY FAR. I WOULD RATHER PAY FOR PARKING AND HAVE MY CAR INTACT ON DEPARTURE. I TOOK MY PARENTS. WE DROVE AMD TOOK THE BART INTO THE CITY DAILY AND LOVED IT. I HAD A TEEN WITH ME TOO. WE STAYED IN A SUITE THAT ALLOWED US TO BE TOGETHER. GREAT VACATION HOTEL.
