  The hotel staff was kind to us, both on arrival and departure. The rooms were slightly above average, but the online price is quite good for what is offered at this hotel. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were both very well upkept, and the fitness room, although small, is a good addition. Another bonus is that the car noise isn't bad at all since the hotel is not near the freeway. I would stay here again. If I had to give it one criticism, it's that the elevators were a bit slow. Not a big deal.

  This was an excellent choice of places to stay. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very, very clean and comfortable, and even had a small deck off of the room. They are one of the few places to stay that allow smokers to indulge while keeping the rooms totally separate from the non smoking rooms so as not to offend those who do not smoke. The breakfast that was offered as part of the hotel stay was a deluxe continental and was very tasty. Overall it was one of the best places that we have stayed at in Washington and was also very reasonably priced.

  When we arrived after a long days travel it was 34 degrees outside, and so was the room! (the heat had been off) I went to the desk to change to a warm room, and the nite manager said she'd give us extra blankets and the rooms heat up quick. I called her twice more, same story - and a half hour later the room was still cold! We asked for a warm room or a refund - nothing doing so we went next door where the helpful staff gave us a warm room. online travel arranged a refund for us next day.

  This hotel was just great for a visit with our daughter at WWU. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was very good. We would have used the pool and hot tub if it stayed open after 10pm, but that closing time seems pretty standard. This was much nicer than another hotel we stayed in that was closer to campus.

• Very Affordable Stay

  Staff was very helpful, even moved us to a different room so that we could check in early so that we could make it to our friends wedding on time.
