    Hotel was filthy! bathrooms were ant infested. not enough towels, sheet, pillows etc. staff hardly spoke english and no one was there to check us out. very disorganized. didn't ...

    Hotel was filthy! Bathrooms were ant infested. Not enough towels, sheet, pillows etc. Staff hardly spoke english and no one was there to check us out. Very disorganized. Didn't have our reservation, didn't care either. Will not recommend, will not stay again!

    Received special attention from front desk in locating my cell phone that was left on Van from airport. Very friendly staff. I did not have a car and was not comfortable walking the streets in this area to find a restaurant. Close to airport, excellent pickup at Motel for delivery to airport. I would not stay there again unless I had rental car for locating restaurant. No decent food service in the immediate area.

    I had to take a 600am flight from la back to dc. i did book my hotel on line couple days before. i returned my car rental arount 930 pm ...

    I had to take a 600am flight from LA back to DC. I did book my hotel on line couple days before. I returned my car rental arount 930 pm the night before . I waited at lax where hotels shuttle was picking up passenger. There was no shutle for this hotel. After an hour and half I called the hotel to ask where is the shutle bus. The conseirge was taking down to me and ackted that I was stupid and give me a long talk and claimed there shutle does not stop in hotel bus stop but in diffrent location. I did found the new location after an hour there was no bus. I called again and hotel consiegre told me to take a taxi and hung up on me. I am world traveler and I was never expeiince this before. I called the travel agency and wanted a solution . the agent put me on hold and called the hotel (I assume) after long wait I had to hung up. Once I got to hotel, first of all the hotel is not part of RAMADA INN , It is very nasty motel. I had no choice I was exhusted wanted to print my boarding pass in rest of couple of hour (since I lost time) they ask me for $* dollars to use the computer, After charging my credit card , the computer was not working. Please do your self a favor and do not stay in this place. I rather sleep at the airport.
