  I dont understand why every other review out here was so bad regarding this place. The staff was friendly the check in was easy and the rate was great! So to those of you that have complaints about this hotel.....should try staying at a motel 6 or EZ8 and then tell me about how those places are worse than this one.

  This place is scary. Lots of creepy types hanging about. This is a regular stop for the local police. Apparently the have weekly / monthly tennants, because some of the rooms seemed to be personalized.
  The "continental breakfast" is pathetic. The room was not clean (sticky substances on surfaces and drawer handles). It is also built on the side of a hill, so my room was up 4 flights of stairs - no elevator.
  There was damage to the carpet and the floor felt mushy by the bathroom. The owners are not maintaining this place. I checked out early.

  Having read the other reviews I was a little nervous to book this hotel in advance, so I just stopped by and took a look.I was pleasantly surprised. Th e people were friendly and I wouldn't say it's a bad neighbourhood. My room was clean and tidy, everything was working and room service cleaned it up nicely every day. If you need to watch your budget in the Bay Area you get good value for your money. I would definitely stay there again.

  They didn't have the king room avail that i reserved, so they gave me & my boyfrnd 2 double beds, hair dryer was broken so i had to try to ...

  They didn't have the King room avail that I reserved, so they gave me & my Boyfrnd 2 double beds, hair dryer was broken so I had to try to dry my hair w/heater vent, coffee carafe handle missing-poured by holding edge of glass. Possible hazard? Asked for a new room on second night-they refused! I forfeited $$ because I refused to stay there another MINUTE, let alone another night.

  Charged for full stay at check in. Big sign at front desk NO REFUNDS (there's a reason for this). Maintenance came in the room without knocking on two occasions. Toilet stopped up twice, which was no fault of ours. The response from the front desk was come get the plunger. The noise level was ridiculous (neighbors slammed doors until 2am. Rooms are tiny and bathroom smelled sour, furniture was chipped, quilt had burn holes...this was a non-smoking room. I will never stay at a Ramada again in my life.
