  The hotel service was very bad. They did not even have soap in the bath room. I had to go down to the front desk to get it. The water supply to the bath (both shower and tub) stopped suddenly in the morning. There was no notice on what the breakfast times are and when I went down for breakfast at 9:00 AM, there was nothing (except coffee).

  If I had been by myself or with other family, this hotel would have been fine - but I was traveling with my mother, who is disabled, and it made the trip quite difficult. The hotel is a 3 story building, but has an exposed basement level at the back. We were put in a "handicapped" room on the third floor at the front. It was not very close to the elevator, and there is no handicapped parking anywhere near the only elevator at the back. In fact, there is extremely limited parking near the elevator, and I never got to park there during my one week trip. The only ice machine is in the center front (again, the farthest spot from the elevator) so it was six flights of stairs every time we needed ice. The pool and hot tub are great, but again also out in front, and almost unaccessable for my mom. If you are sturdy and stout, it's a great place to stay - disabled people beware.
