  We, my 3 kids, husband and I stayed here over a week. We met most of the staff and they were all nice except for one desk clerk. Rooms smelled bad. The pillows were bad. Sheets, tub, toilet, sinks, etc were clean and cleaned daily. There was a choice of bran flakes, cherios, and pre packaged muffins for breakfast. The same thing every day. We had to pay a fee for the dogs we have with us. Turns out we could have stayed at the Marriott down the streed for the same price.

  The staff that work at the desk were very pleasant. Continental Breakfast was good. The room wasn't very clean which is the maids fault and the manager or someone who oversees these workers should make sure they are changing the sheets each time a customer leaves and make sure the bathroom toilet, tub and rest are cleaned. TV which I believe was suppose to have Cable was really crappy, not many channels to choose from and most were snowy :( Location was very good.

  The room was not good for relaxing in after you do tourist things. the beds were crappy, the tv couldn't be watched (very bad picture) and the in room ...

  THE ROOM WAS NOT GOOD FOR RELAXING IN AFTER YOU DO TOURIST THINGS. THE BEDS WERE CRAPPY, THE TV COULDN'T BE WATCHED (VERY BAD PICTURE) AND THE IN ROOM REFRIDGERATOR DIDN'T WORK.
