  Our purpose of travel was to take our daughter to college. Our stay at Super 8 Corvallis was a perfect location, a clean bed to sleep in and great customer service. The staff was very nice and a complimentary breakfast was available every morning. It is not a luxury motel but just what we needed. Most of the time we were out and about early in the morning and back late in the evening. I do recommend this motel because it is has a hot shower and a clean bed to sleep in.

  You get your money's worth for the Super 8 in Corvallis. For around $ more or less you get a basic room, morning coffee and pastries, and a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. The hotel is right along the Willamette River and is easy walking distance to downtown with its restaurants, bakeries, music shops, drinking establishments, bokstores, and art galleries. Let me receommend Good Morning Bakery on 2nd Street for its wonderful pastries, the Beanery for its coffee and breakfast sandwiches, and Block 15 Brewery on 3rd for its food and GREAT beers. The Block also has regular live music. In fact, Corvallis, is one of the best towns for good local music, mostly in the folk, Americana, and Celtic realm. The walls of the Super 8 are a little thin, so if you get a talkative neighbor, you'll hear every word. Other than that, this hotel is a good, inexpensive stop on the road in a great town.

  We have stayed here at least 5 times in the last few years to visit my auntie. The staff has always been helpful and considerate. The rooms are clean and so are the linens. It's nice to be facing the river, if you can, to view it and the park which goes along it. It's right downtown, lots of things within an easy walk, and just off the main roads in and out to I-5. We've always had quiet, restful nights there. Lots of folks seem to like the pool, too. Good value for the price.

  The room is the Filthiest room you ever see. Towels had black spots. You don't want to touch or look into the carpet. The manager is very rood. I told him that I want to leave the room and he told me that since I booked the room through the internet, the internet website will charge the motel 25 dollars so he has to take it from my credit card. I believed him and when I called the website support, the agent laughed and told me that this never happened before. He gave me Super 8 customer service and I talked to them and they were upset with the news. So basically the motel manager stole from me some money.
