  Stayed for 1 night prior to a cruise. Room was very clean and offered some unique amenities - a clip to keep the curtains closed tight, a relaxation CD to help you fall asleep, etc. The shuttle over and back to ""Ports of Call ""was a really nice feature. The shuttle service to the pier was somewhat chaotic as the lobby filled up very early in the day and there didn't seem to be a system on how the shuttles were loaded. We decided after breakfast to go back to the room and relax there and came down late in the morning. We still ended up waiting, but got to the ship in plenty of time. Would definately stay there again.

  We stayed there because of the price and location to the cruise ship were going on the following day . The staff was very helpful. We had eight people in our party with 2 pieces of luggage and they were able to shuttle us to the ship in time . The hotel was very clean and it was in walking distance to some very fine restaurants on the water. They even picked us up in a van when we were done. We 'll be back in October, with no worries of where to stay.. This is a good choice..... No regrets...

  given the price of the hotel you would think that they would offer free wireless internet. I have stayed in less expensive hotels and had free wireless internet.The breakfast buffet was not good given the cost. Above all the staff did not communicate effectively and was not helpful when asked for help. Lastly, the lag in response time for a items delivered to the room was horrendous.

  This hotel....absoluetly the finest property in the South Bay area. Impecably sharp and recently remodled. Hotel staff are top notch professionals and treat guests with the utmost respect and show family friendliness attitudes. I definitely recommend this hotel to others and will stay again next earliest opportunity.

  I initially had reservations at a near by similar hotel, however only stayed there for one night due to terrible service. I am glad it happened in a way, now I know where to stay in san pedro.
  I travel a lot, and this was one of best hotel experience I had, from friendly professional staff to beautiful clean rooms, it was all good,well done Crowne Plaza, keep up the good work.
