  I checked in early, 10am. NO issues. Concierge was great. Set me up with a great tour of LA stars homes. As a note, the $49 trip was actually $39 if you purchased outside the hotel. If you use a credit card it is $5 extra. I was staying 6 days so they gave me a refigerator for nothing. NIce as the bottle water in the room was $5.99. NIce little shuttle from hotel to Universal every 20 min from 9am to 430pm. Valet is $23 a day with in and out privileges. If you use the self park it is $18 but no in and outs. Sign up for SPA. Go online to Sheraton and register. When you check in you will get a platinum card that gives you access to 9th floor VIP lounge. Nice little breakfast (cold) and nice HH in the afternoon. Best part, free bottle water. Take several, no charge. It was a great experience. the only issue that i had was the ""rough toilet paper"". There is a Grocery store at the bottom of the hill, however. IN and Out burger and Carl's at bottom also. Forget about Miceli's italian rest. Over priced and not that good. I asked for feather pillows and they gave them to me quickly. Starbucks coffe in room, nice.

  Overall, it's an okay place to stay. it provides nice shampoo, conditioner, soap and starbucks coffee. but the service is mediocre. some personnel are friendly but some are cold, ...

  Overall, it's an okay place to stay. It provides nice shampoo, conditioner, soap and Starbucks coffee. But the service is mediocre. Some personnel are friendly but some are cold, especially the person who worked at the gift shop. The elevators are really slow. Also, stay away from the rooms that have a great view but face the highway if you are a light sleeper. We had to change to a room that can only see the roof of another building. In sum, with same amount of money, I wouldn't stay in this hotel next time I go to Los Angeles.

  The Sheraton Hotel had the best customer service I have ever experience. The car valets were friendly and told great stories. The check in clerks were top notch and friendly. The rooms were updated and had everything my family needed. The only thing bad about this hotel was a slow elevator other than that no complaints. I would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to LA. Bonus several famous people stayed at the hotel while we were there. Evander Holyfield was very courteous and friendly

  The hotel was great. The hotel was updated and very friendly. There is a free shuttle that brings you right up to Universal Studios every 15 minutes so it was very convenient. We would recommend this for anyone.
