  The experience there was not good. The first room had a very noisy squeek in the floor. It sounded more like the floor boards might fall through. It was good that it was on the main floor! When we wanted to change rooms, we were given a key to look at it. Then the front desk person told us it was not available because we were staying two nights. We left and came back and decided we could not take the room assigned as we both make several trips to the bathroom at night and it would disturb the other person. When we told the staff that we could not stay in that room, we were given another room (suddenly there was one available!). We decided we would only stay one night and continue our travels to Seattle. That room had a toilet tank that would fill with water again every 14-16 minutes. I timed it for 2 hours. My husband turned the water off so we could get some sleep. Also, do you know that the street address is Wenatchee not Wanatchee? I will hesitate to book online again. When I called your number, I was told to talk to the front desk. When I talked to them, they said I had to call The online company. The right and left hands did not seem to know what was going on.

  This hotel was uncomfortable and as they say...you get what you pay for...sums this facility up. I also found the management of this facility to be low on the scale of trus customer service. I would not stay here again.

  We were really dissapointed with our stay. The beds were in terrible shape, and there was a horrid smell in the room. We tried to change rooms, or even see about paying for an upgrade, but the owner/manager didnt understand what we were asking. Overall, I was glad to leave, and will not be staying there again. We managed to find a comparable room price wise, but it was like staying in a luxury place for the same price.

  Once you got inside your room it was great. the motel has been there a long time and the outside shows wear but the room was basicaly new. ...
