  I awoke to a room filled with second hand smoke. The man next door was smoking and there was a door in the wall so smoke came thru the cracks. I felt very sick. The desk person was empathetic but could not do refunds. I left my number so the owner could call me. I never got a return call and when I called on Monday, I was informed me they don't do refunds period and that they never claim to be a ""smoke-free"" environment. I was shocked that this situation did not justify at least a partial refund nor would the owner return my calls. Stay clear if you are a non-smoker.

  When we first got in room the temp. outside was 104, inside 90+. So we turned A/C on high and went to mall. Three hours later room hadn't cooled much. Couldn't believe they would charge, but it was out of order!! Very clean though.
