  The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. the room was clean and spacious. location was 1/2 block from trolley. i would definitely stay again.

  I just spent 10 days in this hotel. the rooms are clean.the girls at the front desk could be somewhat testy but did eventually work with us in problem ...

  I just spent 10 days in this hotel. The rooms are clean.The girls at the front desk could be somewhat testy but did eventually work with us in problem solving. One problem is if you book through another source and not through the hotel they only honor the reservation not the room selection. This was a problem for us when it came to needing two beds instead of one king. The staff did allow us to trade rooms to make everything work. They tend to blame the other source and you need to call them in order to correct any problems. One of my friends also staying at the hotel had medical problem at home so her husband did come on the trip. She was made call the booking source to have the hotel honor her reservation even though it was in both Mr. and Mrs. names. The rest of the staff at the hotel were accomodating, friendly and very efficient. I have used this hotel in the past and would stay there again. It is minutes from the airport and there are several good places to eat in walking distance.

  We loved having a living area and kitchen. There is nothing worse than only being able to sit on the bed and watch TV. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be returning.

  A very good value for the price and location. Our room was large with a couch, table, and small kitchen. The view from our room was amazing! The people at the front desk were helpful and we had easy access to the computer and internet. The included breakfast was not gourmet, but it was free and got us by. Local and limited cable channels are available, but some premium channels and pay per view movies would have been nice. If you stay, invest in a muni pass as the hills are real killers! Both the Powell and California cable cars stop within a block, so the pass will more than pay for itself. We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay there again.

  Our stay was excellent, front desk helpful, room was clean, bed extremely comfortable. We had a south facing room..on the 13th floor so had a great view of the city. The price was very reasonable. It is close to the cable cars and buses. There are 2 small groceries nearby where we picked up odds and ends..with the kitchenette in the room able to keep leftovers etc. We would definitely stay there again.
