  The hotel was tidy and quiet, the room immaculate, and the staff was professional and personable. I always haul my own pillow - didn't need to, the bed had both soft and firm pillows (labeled) and the bed, itself, was awesome. I HATE the new trend for hotels to use flat instead of fitted bottom sheets (they always come undone in the middle of the night) - the sheets were fitted and I slept better than I do at home.
  
  Although the hotel isn't in the middle of town, it's close enough to Fortuna (a 2 minute drive) and Eureka (about 20 minutes) to work effectively.
  
  I would definitely come back - and highly recommend it.
