  Nice lobby, but run down, shabby, unsanitary, outdated rooms. water ran cold for up to 2 min., then burned us in the shower. not-so-great breakfast. spa out of ...

  Nice lobby, but run down, shabby, unsanitary, outdated rooms. Water ran cold for up to 2 min., then burned us in the shower. Not-so-great breakfast. Spa out of order. Will never stay in a Best Western again.

  My family and I stayed at this hotel this past weeked for two nights. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. We had the continental breakfast the morning we left and it was nothing special, but pretty good, it included bagels, toast, cereals, juice and fruits among others things. The staff were nice. I would recommend this especially to people that arent going to spend a lot of time in the hotel. Interior corridors were a plus.

  We stayed here with our 5 yr old autistic son and the management team were excellent in meeting and exceeding our needs. They were very accommodating in the different things that we asked about, ie noise levels, where the room was etc. They allowed us to pick the room that fit our needs and we were grateful for that. The hotel is near a Target store and within 10-15 minutes drive to Disneyland Resort. It is in a quiet section of the city and most places are within that drive time. The front end staff were very helpful and even found us maps for some of the out of the way places we went. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be going back when hubby and I go for our kidless anniversary holiday!

  It was actually a little out of the way from where we needed to be everyday, but it was an ok stay. The service was above normal, the rooms were average - nothing special, the price was good. No major complaints. The only reason I put I would not stay there again is because it was a little out of the activities that we attended.
