  When arrived was told no room downstairs. When I called the office to complain the folks next door were loud and smoking right outside the room plus the carpet was dirty and there was hair on the bathroom floor. I was told 2 rooms downstairs were availabe to see if I like either of them. Since I booked on line and prepaid the charges ahead of arrival I wasn't ready to leave and find another place to stay. The down stairs was cleaner. The next problem was when I found out the rate was *. and I had prepaid **. Still trying to resolve that was offered 20. off my next online booking. Still not happy with 51.58 difference. I

  We had an over all good experience at the Ramada poway. All seemed friendly the hotel was older then I expected and because the rooms were smoke free people above our room were always outside smoking and flicking there ashes on the ground in front of our room, and most of the staff smoked. Outside of that real good time.

  Nice staff, showers were nice and hot if you wanted. clean. property is starting to show its age a bit, but well maintained nonetheless. quiet location.

  We stayed at the Poway CA Ramada for two weeks. The service was excellent, the place was clean, the continental breakfast was exceptional and we were fully pleased with our stay there. We would definately stay there again if we are in the Poway area.
