  I booked a group reservation thinking that the hotel would be able to sustain the members of my organization. The hotel has unproffesional staff that's beligerent. The rooms have mold in the bathroom, and the property is screaming for a renovation. Also our group was overcharged for the rooms when we were offered a certain price because the hotel said we had ""too many children in the room"" when our group was comprised of senior members.

  I would not stay here again if my life depended on in. I booked this room online. When I got there, the staff was just plain rude and unprofessional they couldn't find my reservation. They don't believe in remodling either. The property is very torn down, yet way overpriced. Old rooms, old furniture. Internet didn't even work, so I went across the street to the other hotel and they let me use theirs for free.

  We had a great stay at this hotel, the staff were very accomodating and helped get us directions no matter how many times we asked. We got one of the newly renovated rooms, they are very nice.
