  I can't believe how horrible my experience was given this top of the line hotel chain. I never received my towels I requested. The iron was broken because it no longer spayed water nor got hot enough to properly iron my clothes. The help didn't speak any English major language. This hotel treats minority and diversity guest with no respect. The bathroom tube was dirty and no hotel front desk are prompt with answering the phone just never follow through. DO Not stay here!

  Beds seem to be 30years old and the pillows have this magical ability to disappear as soon as you put your head on them.

  Rooms are very comfortable, but the beds and linens make this a great place to stay. and this hotel has exceptionally good task lighting.
