  The ac barely worked in the room (it was over 100 degrees outside) and room smelled. despite this, they wouldn't give me a different room, so i left. staff ...

  The AC barely worked in the room (it was over 100 degrees outside) and room smelled. Despite this, they wouldn't give me a different room, so I left. Staff was rude and unhelpful.
