  The rooms are small. The staff less then helpful,, but nice. The area is not good, 2 blocks down is a strip club not a good sign for a good area. Even the people from Portland I talked to said it was a bad area. I had a light that did not work and asked if they could send someone to take care of it. I was told I had to check the fuse, lightblub and see if it was pluged in before they would do anything. The rooms are smaller then the ones you get at much cheeper hotles or motels. I do mean small! The rooms are clean. For the price I would say stay away!

  I arrived early but the desk staff found a room for me and then called about 2 hours later to make sure I was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lady who worked the night shift was very accomodating and a joy to interact with. Rooms were clean and very orderly.

  We used this hotel because of the services offered of being able to leave our vehicle in a fairly secure area whil we went on a business trip for three days. The staff was extremely accomidating and considerate of all our needs. The area is quiet and we had a very restful night. The pillow beds and very nice pillows were a plus. The room was very clean. Our complimentary shuttle to and from the airport went off without a hitch.
