  I was disappointed since this hotel had gotten such good ratings. The room was small. There was no microwave in the room. The bathroom door would not stay shut without some jiggling. The room reminded me somewhat of some much less expensive hotels I have stayed in. The majority of the staff was friendly and when I had a problem with the internet, it was taken care of right away. There was one man on duty the first evening who seemed to have an attitude. We decided to rent a movie from the hotel. The information in our room said it would be $3. This man charged us $4. I explained that the room info said $3. He wouldn't budge and didn't seem to try to be friendly about it.. Even when I brought the info from the room, he only grudgingly gave me the dollar back saying that they always charge $4. The bedding was nice and the bed fairly comfortable. The towels were not fluffy and there were not enough of them.

  Only stayed one night while in town for christmas play. Hotel staff was great. Hotel is older and looks it in certain areas( wear and and tear on some items,micro was old, range was dated too) Full hot breakfast and evening reception was a big plus. We have 3 small children and the two room suite was big enough for all of us to stay comfortably. Would definitly stay again on next trip. The room amenities will come in handy on extended stays(suite with kitchette)

  The room was clean and the staff very helpful. althought the room was not large there was plenty of space for 2.

  I stayed for two nights and found the room to be comfortable. The bed was comfortable, lots of pillows, linens were soft, towels were new and plenty of them. Bathroom was typical hotel bathroom. Nice to have fridge in the room. Hallways were dingy and don't make a good first impression as you're making your way to your room, but the room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Nice to have Marie Callendar's right next door.
