  Edward, if you do REALLY do check your reviews and are reading this...I cannot say enough about your excellent management & style , your great staff who follow in your footsteps (who are the most cheerful and helpful people), and the clean & neat accomodations. You got a great property. Ditto on the latest customer review in from Wailuku!!! I think that it all has to do with your management . We just got back from your hotel and had a great stay. I do however, have a complaint. The cherry blossoms weren't in full bloom while we were there this time! I was so dissapointed! Can you make sure that doesn't happen again? haha! See you in August!

  We come here about 3 times a year with our family and this hotel is ALWAYS clean and very comfortable. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool and the staff goes way beyond what most hotel staff does. They are always so cheerful and helpful and professional. We have been here enough times to get to see this hotel and it's staff change and grow. Everything has been upgraded, including the breakfast and the new manager (Ed) is the best and the brightest one I've seen there in many years. He and his staff make everyone feel like they are right at home. I have even offered to let X run our hotel in Hawaii, but he is loyal to the people he works for, (lucky people.) There are a good many of us that fly from Hawaii every year to Forest Grove and we all love this hotel, it is well known on the islands. Please don't change anything, you are doing a wonderful job !!! Aloha

  We love everything about this place. I am VERY particular about hotels and we stay here every year. The owner/ manager / employees of this Best Western has done a fantastic job of upgrading/ keeping the property to what I wish all of the BW properties would look like. The rooms decor are up to date, the rooms are clean clean clean and they smell great. I even asked them what they use --i want some for my house! The suites are GREAT. There is a washer and dryer room easy to get to and use. The front desk, the housekeeping and everyone /staff is great- always cheerful and acommodating. The free breakfast is very good! The waffles are great - you can make your own-with the fruit and the juices. Parking is great, too. We always get back late at night and it's so safe and open..right in front of the hotel.
