  Their shuttle service doesn't start until 5:30am (the first flight out of SJC airport is 6:15am) just not enough time to get to the airport. When the driver did pick me up for the airport he was a very unpleasant man. RUDE! Was a grumpy old man.The return from the airport took over an hour. 20 mins. on the phone mostly on hold & the rest waiting for the shuttle that never came. I gave up on waiting & paid for a taxi. When I got to the hotel & explained this to the service manager & she could have cared less. She actually said she was sorry to hear about my experiance & then shrugged me off & made a phone call. No real appology or an offer to look into the bad service, nothing. Save your money, time & have less stress, stay some place else.

  This is a nice hotel, but when the sauna and hot tub don't get hot- there's a problem. staff was excellent. beds very comfortable.
