    Stayed in a 2bed/2bath suite. great idea traveling with teenage boys. the hotel offered free shuttle service to tourist sites within a 3 mile radius. we could visit the ...

    Stayed in a 2bed/2bath suite. Great idea traveling with teenage boys. The hotel offered free shuttle service to tourist sites within a 3 mile radius. We could visit the Zoo, Gaslamp, Seaport Village/Ferry, Petco, Convention Center, and Old Town. We could walk to the Bay and Little Italy.
    The staff was very attentive and extremely pleasant. Room was clean and spacious.
    There was some train noise behind the hotel--they do offer earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
    We have stayed here on 2 different trips--once in 2007, once in 2008--and will book here again on our next visit to San Diego.
