  I saw a roach in my bathroom the second day I was here. I notified the front desk immediately and was told ""we've never heard of roaches in the rooms before."" No apologies or empathy at all. They then moved me to a room right across from the main entry-thanks! I will never stay here again.

  Staff not very friendly, paper thin walls, I could hear neighbors the whole stay.Breakfast had moldy bread. It was close to a lot of ski areas. Behind hotel was a good play area for kids."

  This hotel needs to learn about customer satisfaction. They don?t care if you?re pleased or if you come back. No HBO, and the attitude of the desk staff is horrid. They have 8 TV channels, no extra pillows, no willingness to do anything more than sell you a room. The breakfast is standard. This is more of a motel and you do NOT get what you would expect. I would not stay here again and THAT'S saying a lot.

  Nestled at the edge of a forest, you'll find in your hotel backyard ponderosa pines, a meadow, a small stream and photogenic chipmunks. Gorgeous views right outside your hotel room window and close to Lake Tahoe and Reno. Make sure to go outside for a walk behind the hotel!!!!
