  When we checked it we found that the room was not up to the standard that we expected. The room smelled horribly; the carpet did not seem clean and had food in the corners which my dogs immediately tried to start eating. There was some brown smears on the wall of the bathroom to which I don't even want to imagine what it might be. Their was a lot of traffic noise from Beach Blvd, and the window didn't seem to be secure. I was afraid to leave my possessions, especially my dogs in the room for fear that someone could easily open the window to gain entry to my room. I also noticed a derelict travel trailer up on blocks in the parking lot and what seemed to be a homeless woman walking around the property.

  My sister and I were just looking for a place to sleep, that was cheap and clean and close to Disney (3 miles). If these are your primary concerns this hotel is will be just fine. The hotel was in an OKish neighborhood, there is one adult store a few stores away. Otherwise the area was ok. The room was clean, it did have a musty smell (but many expensive hotels I have been to have a musty smel)l. Beds were comfortable. Towels were small but they did the job. No critters. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not have a frig or microwave in the room. The breakfast leaves something to be desired. I just microwaved oatmeat in the microwave in the lobby.

  This hotel is right next to a strip bar and hourly motels. there are people walking around asking for money. we were scared to go to our cars! and then ...

  This hotel is right next to a strip bar and hourly motels. There are people walking around asking for money. We were scared to go to our cars! And then the manger laughed at me when I called about a computer cord we had left in our room. He had it in is hands and refused to help us get it back. DO NOT stay here if you are a decent person!

  This hotel is right next to a strip bar and hourly motels. There are people walking around asking for money. We were scared to go to our cars! And then the manger laughed at me when I called about a computer cord we had left in our room. He had it in is hands and refused to help us get it back. DO NOT stay here if you are a decent person!

  I have always been treated with respect, courtesy & been "remembered". the entire staff shows a high level of professialism. very unlike most other properties within 10 miles of d-land. ...

  I have always been treated with respect, courtesy & been "remembered". The entire staff shows a high level of professialism. Very unlike most other properties within 10 miles of D-Land. I recomend this establishment to anyone, and have done so many times. My visiting family always show a preference for this property.
