    The hotel was very nice and the people working their are nicer and friendly, the offer us extended time for check-out because our family supposed to pick us next day have been late, so we enjoy their hospitality. The site is very good as I choose it to be the nearest to the exam center.

    The Hacienda is a favorite spot to stay when we visit L.A. and we have always had good experiences. But our most recent trip at the end of November was slightly marred by the lack of adequate hotel staff to insure the service level we expecte at the hotel. Bell service was horrid. Telephone operator assistance was spotty. And the 24/t coffee shop closed at night. We are sorry to see the down turn in this hotel and wonder if the recession has cut into staffing. We are searching for a new home away from home. Good luck Hacienda and we hope you recover your grand reputation.

    stayed in the tower section. room was decent and clean. hallways seemed a little dark and dirty. parking is available onsite in gated lot for small fee, there is a short walk from lot to tower. airport shuttle was easy to use. convenient to LAX.

    The west tower is still part of the 60's, but the south Tower is renovated and upgraded. South tower is a bargain. Amenities are more than adequate. Staff was very helpful. They changed my room in a flash.
