  We checked in at the front desk. That part was easy and the staff was friendly. Didn't really have a problem with the staff I dealt with personally. We're told at the front desk, "And your room is a non-smoking room." First thing we noticed when we opened the door was the room was smoked in. As I brought luggage to my room, I noticed they tried to retify the problem with Fabreeze. It helped, but not by much. I got fresher air by opening my window to the gas fumed freeway.
  Safety was a joke as the elevator broke down twice, once with people inside. Also a couple of guests (my brother-in-law was one of them) complained about their car being broken into. My brother-in-law's GPS was stolen. The breakfast was good. The location is great as it's next to the outlet and you have places to eat and shop if bored.
  I wasn't left with a great impression for the money spent.
