  Check in was flawless and front desk staff was very nice. The outdoor pool was enclosed in the center of the Inn in a courtyard. Very attractive and appealing and I liked the seclusion, despite being not very far away from the freeway. We had a ground floor room with a patio looking out to the courtyard and very close access to the pool. The pool was fine and maintained well. It was all good and dandy until we tried to go to sleep and though the air conditioning fan was on, I could still hear the noise of other hotel guests splashing in the pool. At 12:30 I was awaken by the upstairs neighbors/guests tromping around, so that was a bit noisy as well. Insulation could have been better to block out exterior noise. Hallway noise of other guests was not noticeable. The room was clean and your basic hotel room and the rest of the hotel was clean and in good repair. Despite the noise issues, I would probably stay here again if I was just passing through for a night.

  Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. enjoyed my stay. restaurant on the lot was adequate but not great.

  While the room was neat and clean it was not what you would expect from the reviews or the 3 star rating. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. I would have been better off to sleep in my car.

  We stayed here while visiting family in Roseburg. We found the rooms to be large, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very nice. They gave us cookies and a toy for my son when we checked in and every staff member, from front desk to maintainence, gave a friendly greeting whenever we saw them. The breakfast offerings were good, but the breakfastroom was crowded and hot. The staff willingly provided trays to take food back to the room so we could eat in comfort. We will stay here again.
