    Nice property next to the golf course and an outstanding value! Bed and pillows were super comfy, staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful, and the gym was clean and nice along with the jacuzzi and pool. The restaurant was a big disappointment (Halibut was small, carrots were hard and pasta was flavorless). We expected a higher quality meal for the price, but there were many restaurants around the area which we did enjoyed.

    The hotel was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The warm greeting upon arriving and receiving the warm cookie was delightful. Our room was beautiful and everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel, their staff and the atmosphere with the fireplaces and the overall warmth of the accommodations. The bed was ever so comfortable and pillows were exceptional.

    This hotel is very lovely and plush. However, our room ended up being over a ballroom of some sort where very loud music was playing. We were there for a cheer compition and had to get up early the next morning. We asked for the music to be turned down (it was about 7pm) and they said they would check on it. A half our later the music was still loud. I ended up complaining to the manager who said they could play their music till 10pm, so they moved us to another room on the opposite side of the hotel. I appreciated the move but, they should not have put a room that they rent out for loud parties under a guest's room. I would reccommend this hotel, just be sure to ask for a room that is not above a ballroom or one of their board rooms!!! Changing rooms with kids isn't exactly convenient!

    When we arrived at 11:00 pm, we were told there was a mistake and no rooms were available. this was after we had called earlier in the day and ...

    When we arrived at 11:00 pm, we were told there was a mistake and no rooms were available. This was after we had called earlier in the day and were told that a late check-in would be no problem. No explanation was given. The whole point of pre-paying for a room is that you don't have to worry about this sort of thing happening. I would never book here again.
