  We stayed at this motel for a Friday night and Saturday business training session. Our daughter and friend plus a toddler stayed with us. The check in staff gave us a tin of cookies and made sure we had a crib for our baby. The room was a large corner of the building with a king bed and a hide a bed sofa with a small refrigerator, microwave and sink with a small dining table. It was perfect for our overnight stay and everything worked well. I'm an HHonors member so we received complementary breakfasts and the buffet had a good selection of items. Would like to see more of a healthy menu offered though. The pool and exercise equipment were all great. The sauna was not heating very well and did not get up past 100 degrees. This was a big disappointment to us. I inquired about this and found on a subsequent visit the sauna now works better and heats up to 140. The kids had an easy walk to the Southcenter Mall for shopping on Saturday and the meeting room functioned well for our business presentations.

  We were pleasantly surprised that this is an all suite hotel. Our room was huge, clean, comfortable and updated. The staff was super. We ordered room service when we arrived at 11:30 pm and it was great. The breakfast buffet was adequate. The free business center computer to check your email was awesome and the internet connection was super fast. I would absolutely stay here again, and it would be very comfortable for a family, as there is a separate living room with a sleeper sofa. It was worth much more than what we paid!

  Nice size rooms and comfortable, however i had serveral service problems with the hotel. the valet was not attentive that day (bad first impression). after 20 minutes, i gave the ...

  Nice size rooms and comfortable, however I had serveral service problems with the hotel. The valet was not attentive that day (bad FIRST impression). After 20 minutes, I gave the keys to the front desk to park my car. I had to carry my own bags because there was not adequate bell service.
  The restaurants were closed (9:30pm) I went to the bar and the menu was not very good. so I had to order room service,
  The room service was very good, so it turned out to be the best choice of the day regarding the Doubletree Seattle Airport.

  Nice size rooms and comfortable, however I had serveral service problems with the hotel. The valet was not attentive that day (bad FIRST impression). After 20 minutes, I gave the keys to the front desk to park my car. I had to carry my own bags because there was not adequate bell service.

  My wife and I were general very satisfied with our rooms, the location of the hotel, and the attentive staff. The front desk staff were very helpful when we were given a wrong room. It was corrected immediately. The wait staff in the bar and restuarant were friendly and attentive. The only problems we had was with the deadbolt lock our first stay, and the bathroom fan the second stay. The hotel was conveniently located close to Sea-Tac, a major shopping center, bus stops, restuarants, and our offsite car rental.
