  My husband & I thought the hotel was great! Our room was spacious & charming with a fireplace & clawfoot tub. Staff was very helpful & prefessional. Having our breakfast delivered to our room was such a treat. My only complaint was that it was delivered about 40 minutes earlier that I had requested, and woke us up. However, it was so tasty I soon forgave them.

  I chose this hotel because of the tremendous reviews I had read all over. It didn't quite live up to my expectations. The breakfast was as fantastic as everyone stated. But the rooms were on the small side. Also, the bed, although it looked comfy, I still have a sore back and neck 5 days later. The hotel would also benefit from some sound proofing. The noise outside was not bad, but we could hear everyone coming and going in the hallway. I may be back, but I will be sure to request a different room/building.

  The bathrooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. The proximity to downtown Napa shopping & dining is great. However, the hotel was very noisy. I usually like to sleep in during my vacations. I was woken up at 5:00 am by what sounded like a garbage truck, by 7:00 am the gardeners were out. I heard people talking and horns honking all morning. When I checked out I heard other guests complaining about the noise too. The staff did not seem concerned with our dissatisfaction. I was not impressed with the hotel and would not recommend it.
