  I had the luck of staying in one of the best rooms the hotel had to offer. The room was clean and every comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay again and I highly recommend it.

  Loved our stay but had one issue with a billing when I looked at my statement after leaving the hotel. If you see a bottle of water sitting in your room thinking they were nice enough to give you a bottle of water get ready to pay $* for what you just drank. LOL

  When we first checked in on the 4th it was 11:00 at night, we had two sleeping kids and alot of stuff to haul up to the room. When we got into the room is was not very clean, the chairs were disgusting( you wouldn't want to sit in them), the walls were all marked up, the cabinet doors to the tv were falling off, and the bathroom had hair on the floor that wasn't ours. Because it was so late and we had already hauled the stuff up, we just stayed for the night. The next day I explained to the desk manager about the quality of the room and the fact that we had stayed here before and it was alot better the last time. He was happy to move us and even offered to have someone help us to our new room! The new room was updated and clean and the rest of the time there was great!! I would recommnend this place for the price and we will stay there again( we have family in Simi Valley).From now on I am going to request the room # we had!!

  Staff was not as friendly as they could be, Hotel is old so somethings don't work, walls are thin and when I was there, there were college kids having a party in the room next to me all night long!

  I found it very comfortable. The room was huge. The king size bed was very comfortable. I liked that there was a fridge, iron, and cable tv in the room for free. All in all it was a very pleasant stay. The only negatives were that it was a little far out for visiting with friends at the beach and near Pasadena. And it seems that there is only morning maid service. As a result of sleeping in three mornings, my room never was serviced. Not a big problem but still thought I'd mention it.
