  It's nothing fancy ... I paid * night. Pros: It's an extended stay, so it has a kitchenette (a rather large one compared to most) that actually has a fridge with a freezer, not some mini-fridge. It comes with plates, bowls, utensils, pots, etc. Large bathroom with good shower head Late check-out ... 11am is fairly late compared to the neighboring hotels (Not relating to the actual room) - In a good location ... from mall, downtown, several shopping centers with Wal-Mart grocery store, etc. Cons: No room service, but you can exchange the towels when needed for no extra charge Not many TV channels Must pay for internet (but only * for your ENTIRE stay, doesn't matter how long you're there for) Maids will constantly bother you the day of departure to clean the room EVEN if you have the do no disturb sign up Doesn't have many cooking pots/pans nor does it have a sponge and soap to clean the dishes I had no complaints really ... I thought I good a really good deal. My Grandmother stayed in it and I would stay in it again.

  Basically booked the room because it was a good rate. when we finally got there, they said the rate was a price mistake and told us they could not honor ...

  Basically booked the room because it was a good rate. When we finally got there, they said the rate was a price mistake and told us they could not honor the price and they did not have a room available for us. Great job. They could have called to tell us this at least...sometime before we drove 7 hours would have been nice as well.

  Despite the poor reviews I ended up staying at the Homestead in Brea because it was more convenient for my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised...the staff went above and beyond and the room was clean and well-appointed. I felt safe and like it was a good value for the money. The carpet was sticky when I was barefoot...should be cleaned, but other than that it was a very nice stay and I would go again.

  If you are on a low budget this hotel will do, but if you want even a little extra comfort you won't get it here. it was nice to ...

  If you are on a low budget this hotel will do, but if you want even a little extra comfort you won't get it here. It was nice to have the kitchen, but there were not enough utinsils for all in our party. We asked for a non-smoking room and the room we got smelled so bad of stale cigarette smoke we couldn't sleep the first night. We also had some rowdy neighbors next to us and when we called the front desk to complain, they acted like we were inconviencing them. It made us feel unsafe. The beds are terribly hard and uncomfortable and the rooms are desparate for an update.
