  This hotel is rated 3 stars which is at least one, maybe two, overrated. Smell was really bad in first 2 rooms we tried and the shower shifts temperature every time water is run from another source. Furniture is old and found ants in the bathroom. The continental breakfast did not compare to other places stayed in Oregon and the price of the room was higher. Would have switched hotels if our stay was longer.

  Very disappointed. There was a terrible infestation of tiny little ants in the bathroom and smelly, spoiled leftover food in the fridge. To their credit, the staff removed the spoiled food upon request.

  The Windsor provided us with comfortable, clean lodging for 3 nights while we attended theater productions in Ashland. We've stayed here before and have found management accommodating and the property convenient to downtown restaurants and theaters.

  I needed a hotel at the last minute and was pleased to get a room at the Windsor for such a reasonable rate. Our room was very clean. We would choose upstairs next time as there was some noise from the neighbors above us. The continental breakfast could use some work, but we got food from a local store and used the in-room refrigerator.
